BNC connectors or not?

Hi all,
Ok I know this is a bit OT but close enough.
I am about to replace my monitor cable and I'm wondering if a 2metre HD15M to 5 BNC cable would be an advantage over a normal type cable, I have the BNC connectors on the monitor.
Anyone know anything about this, is it worth it?

People claim that BNC has less signal loss, but I've never seen a difference. And VGA cables cost less.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Thanks Crash for the reply, I might give the BNC cable a try, the price is not a concern when we are talking less than a box of beer.
