BO3 Mid Requirements?

Hey guys, i was wondering what would be the requirements for a pc to run games like black ops 3 in medium settings(if not high) on either amd or intel's side, looking for a minimal build here without making the game look terrible, Thanks!

The game will always look terrible no matter which settings + it's badly optimized and runs like shit on all my friends and my own PC.
In multiplayer no one i know can run the game on anything higher than medium settings, without getting huge fps drops.
Our PCs are:
2600k @3.4Ghz GTX960 @900p
4790k @4.0Ghz GTX970 @1080p
2600k @4.2Ghz GTX780ti SLI @1440p
and no one of us can run the game on anything higher than medium. In story mode high works but still not ultra.

So it's pretty random if you can run it on high/ultra i guess.
