Boad won't boot

I've got an ASUS P4P800 that I'm having a problem with. I've tried using multiple video cards since there is no on-board, but no matter what I do the thing just won't get any video. Ive replaced the PSU, RAM, diconnected all drives, etc. I can't seem to find a manual online for it so I'm not sure which jumpers are which. Anyone care to help? It would be appreciated.

Have you tried a different monitor? Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Sounds like the board may have gone to the great commuter in the sky 🙁
