My current system is,
CPU:Intel Dual-Core G2010 2.8,
Motherboard:ECS Board (I forget the name)
GPU:GTX 660
PSU:FSP 500 watt 80+ Bronze
CPU Cooler:CM Hyper TX3 EVO
1TB WD Caviar Blue
8gb Dual CH Ram
And now I'm planning to change my CPU and Motherboard to MSi 970 Gaming for the board, and AMD FX-8320 for the CPU,why?,because first, the reason why I choose the FX is because it has 8 core, and I wanted a future proof CPU,and I don't really need a 100fps or more, any game that is above 30fps or on 30fps on maxed settings is fine by me,correct me if I'm wrong but games are starting to use 3 cores right?,and I won't be gaming on 1920 X 1080 anytime soon, and I choose the MSi 970 because I might go SLI with my GTX 660,now my question is,one, without SLI,do I need to upgrade my PSU to a higher wattage? if yes, then how much more? ,two, will this build work?,and lastly if in the future I decided to go SLI how much power do I need,650,or 700 watt?,that's it,your help will be very much appreciated :bounce:

8320 will be fine for gaming, cheap option. However, it will most likely DIE before games utilize 8 cores. You can't really "future proof" past like... 2 years. If even that.

Your PSU will support most 970s (with 500w power requirement), you will have problems with like a 970 G1 from gigabyte for example (it has a higher power requirement). Your PSU will NOT support GTX 660 SLI.
700+ recommended for 660 SLI if you plan on overclocking anything...

But, the 970 is overkill for 1920 x 1080 anyway.... so there is absolutely no reason to buy a 970 if you don't plan on switching to 1920 x 1080.

Alright,so it's all O.K then,just some overkill,and yes I might switch to 1920 x 1080,but not like next month,more like next year,and oh one more question,should I go with Win 7 or go with Win 8.1?.

Which ever operating system you prefer.
