board for i-5 4690k

which board "ASROCK Z97 EXTREME 3" or "ASROCK H97M PRO 4" will be best with i-5 4690k if i dont want to overclock.
can you suggest me a more better board at this price range

If you aren't going to overclock go with a regular 4690, and the H97 board.'

The K series chips are meant to be overclocked and the Z97 motherboards are also meant to help you overclock the CPU.

If you dont want to overclock, get the i5-4690 non k. and get the asrock h97 m pro 4.
