You may want to find the manufacturer site and see if they still have the manuals for your m/b.

Other than that it's probably a lot of guessing:

1. k/b
2. video
3. cpu
4. memory

I found the Manual,

The video card is not inserted
The memory worked on other system
as the kyboard too.

The cpu Works, it must work or i wouldn't hear beeps.

Other ideas ?

I would say k/b, video, memory or cpu. It could be an i/o controller to which the keyboard is attached.

But you are sure video card is plugged in correctly? Not like it's a vesa and you got it in the wrong slot?

Thanks people,
It was a faulty memory, replaced it and it all worked.
