Board resetting continuously

I have a Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G board which has been working fine for around 6-7 years but I found that after the POST screeen i hear a faint *click* and the computer resets. The memory is working fine, the PSU is fine, the graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 5450) is perfect. I tried flashing a newer update of the BIOS but nothing.
