I have started to notice a wierd kettle like sound : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BTWY9j_Uqw&feature=youtu.be ( dont know if you can hear it ) I think i located it near my PSU. What should I do else than to just buy a new one? And what can happen if i leave it be for some time?

Do you have a GPU? if yes then install riva tuner and put the fps limit on it to 60:
If this is a GPU based problem, it will probably be solved else maybe it is a coil whine from PSU.

It happens anytime even if im just watchin vids.. So probably a coil whine from PSU.. Is there some way to fix coil whine thats comming from the PSU?

Sometimes an unwanted GPU load can also result in coil whines from PSU, at least try it out, if it works you would know.

Well, even if it worked it wouldnt be a long term fix for me because of me having 144hz monitor.

Just TRY it dudeeeee, if it works then put the limit to 144. We are diagnosing the problem, not the solution.
