Which of the above would you recommend for a pretty savvy builder who's never done any benchmarks before? Is there one that'll give a good overall idea of how your systems performing in all areas?

I use 3DMark01 myself. EveRest and SiSandra give alot of info on each individual component and sub-system. I use EveRest for checking my CPU Speed and memory settigs. Also. CPUz is a must for system info.
