Question Bookmarking PDF's

I'm looking for help with keeping track of the page I was on while reading a PDF file. For example I have a book in pdf format that is 1200 pages. Is there a way to know what page I was last on when I reopen the file? I'm currently using the viewer in MS Edge but I would be willing to purchase a viewer if need be, Purchase not rent like Adobe Acrobat DC.
