[SOLVED] Boosting WiFi from basement, unable to "just drop a wire" and no access to free ethernet cables!?

I'm looking for some assistance to boost my WiFi signal from the modem and router that are located in the basement to the rest of the home. I do not have loose CAT/ethernet cables upstairs so I'm unable to do a WAP or something like an Ubiquiti setup utilizing CAT/Ethernet etc. Its not as simple as "run a wire" up two stories for me either, lets pretend this isn't an option.

I do however have access to a coax cable if this is able to offer an assistance?

Use ethernet powerline adapters.

General idea:
(basement) modem -> powerline adapter -> powerline;
(2nd floor) powerline -> powerline adapter -> wifi router -> wifi clients on 2nd floor.

Coax may be able to help. There are converters called MoCA -- https://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-Bonded-Ethernet-Adapter-ECB6200K02/dp/B013J7O3X0 that can convert ethernet to coax. It will depend on how the wiring in the house is setup if the MoCA adapters will work.
After the MoCA adapter, you could have a switch and/or WIFI access point.
