Boot Block Compatible Ver 0.42

Hi could some one help me pls
My problem is that I'm getting boot block compatible version 0.42 this as just happen as I've got new memory installed its works fine using the 1st / 2nd slots if I put the 3rd in a just get a black screen, and if the 4th goes in get the boot block error
So there is nothing work with the bios and its upto date
My motherboard is Asus M4A78-EM
Iv tested each slot and they all work with 4GB but not the full 16GB DDR2 800Mhz
Any help work be great

If Win 10 that could well be the problem as the latest BIOS for this is 2010 (Dec 31). What CPU and model #s of the DRAM and have you checked the CPU for bent pins? Could well be a CPU that will need additional voltages and maybe even an OC to even run 2, let alone 4 sticks depending on what the DRAM is
1| Have you made sure you've tried downgrading your BIOS? Since some folks have reported an issue with the latest versions of BIOS to be a culprit.
2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS? It'd also be a good idea to pass on the make and model of your ram sticks.
3| It reads out like you're working with an installation of Windows 10.
