Hi everyone, i have upgraded my system today,

I upgraded my MB, M2 SSD, CPU

MB is Z390-A PRO
M2 SSD is Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB
CPU is i7 8700K

and i was trying to clone my old SSD to the new M2 SSD with no success.

So, i decided to do a fresh installation to the new SSD.

Right now when i choose from the boot sequence (in BIOS) to boot from the M2 ssd, i get the message that i dont have an OS installed there.

My old SSD is a SanDisk SDSSDA480G - which still has the older version of Windows installed.

When i set the #1 boot option the old SSD, i get this message and Windows load from the new M2 SSD (!!!!)

And here's the proof

So the summarized question, is it possible my 970evo Booting through the old SSD sandisk?

I would like to set this boot sequence properly.
Thanks

How do i fix that? Disconnect the old drive and reinstall in the new one?
If this is a new install, yes. That is the easiest way forward.
Disconnect ALL other drives, and redo it.
