Boot Cycling after putting ram on A-XMP Profile

After putting ram clocks on A-XMP Profile 3200Mhz (default was 2133Mhz) and saving the setting the motherboard shutdowned and powered back on (not like restart) then went into a loop of power on and off , I disrupted the cycle by holding down power buttton

the ram is 8GB cucial ballistix 3200MHz
Motherboard is MSI B350 Gaming Plus
CPU : Ryzen 1600 (stock clocks)

what should I do now?

any help is aprreciated

 
Solution
Reset CMOS that should put you back to where it was booting.
From their manually set the timings, voltage to the memory specks but set the speed to 2933 and try that.


yes I did update bios to the latest version
 


what timings , voltages should I use? I've never had any overclocking experience
