Hello, i recently built my first PC. Ive noticed an issue when powering on the system. if i just tap the power button on the front of the case the pc starts to boot then shuts off and repeats. but if i hold the power button for 2-3 seconds the pc starts like normal. My build is:
Lian Li OC11
Gigabyte AORUS Ultra z390
i7 8700k
GSKILL 3600 32gb
RTX 2070
EVGA SuperNova 750 G3
Also my motherboard usually displays 03 or 04 after start up, if i restart the pc it goes to A0. i have 9 case fans, 6 of which are ran using a corsair commander with sata power. the other 3 are utilizing the 4 pin connections at the bottom of the motherboard. they like to occasionally shut of when my pc is in use and turn back on when they want. is this a setup/bios issue or maybe i need a bigger power supply? thanks for any help in advance.
