Question Boot device and VGA leds stay red all the time

Hello everyone, sometime ago I posted here a problem about my motherboard and the 4 pin connector of my psu overheating. Now a few months after this I bought, second handed, a new motherboard but here is the new problem, when I connect all my devices on this new mobo and turn it on I don't get a post screen, my monitor stays black and two other things appear on the mobo, the leds from boot device and vga stays red. I tryed changing the hd to see if that was the problem but even then the led stayed the same, also tryed the 4 pcie slots and nothing changed. Also although the monitor stays black my mouse and keyboard lights up.

My specs are:
Motherboard: M5a99FX Pro 2.0
Processor: FX 8350
GPU: GTX 750
PSU: Corsair CX 500
Ram: 12 gb Hyper X (1 stick of 4 and 1 of 8)

I tried that but the problem is that when I press the bios flashback key I get no response so I really dont know if this method is working or not.

It might be a board issue, then.

I suggest listing memory by part number and/or link to it. Combinations such as 4GB and 8GB are not guaranteed to be compatible together. You might try using just one or the other.
