Boot Device LED on

Home built PC of 2 years doesn't seem to want to boot fully. Fans/lights all working. Display won't turn on. No recent work done. Power outtage today when I was at work. PC was off. Any ideas?

Might try resetting CMOS via the mobo jumper (instructions in manual)

Wouldn't hurt to check the cable connections too, maybe a loose power cable or video card.
