So Im trying to boot up a Dell Inspiron
And all I get is
"No Boot Device Available"
"SATA 0: Installed"
"SATA 1: Installed"

Ive gone through the BIOS to set the BOOT Device. Someone told me that its the hard drive and I replaced it and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey DatOneGuy. You could try updating the BIOS. It might be the SATA connection as well, if a new drive is acting the same way as the old one. The best thing to do in order to isolate the problem is to try those drives with a different computer. If you have any important data on the new drive - back it up first and then go ahead and run the manufacturer's diagnostic tool to test the drives with it, (yes, including the old drive) to see if they have any errors or bad sectors (if they are different brands, I'd recommend that you download each manufacturer's diagnostic tool and test the corresponding drive with it, or you can use a 3rd party diagnostic software). Other than that even if it sounds very unlikely, it could be plain bad luck - the old hard drive failing and getting a faulty new one, although that would be pretty unfortunate indeed.

Hope that helps. Let me know how everything goes.
