Boot Drive Inaccessible weird situation

Hello all,

I am currently stuck with a confusing situation. Whenever my PC freezes, the hard reset will lead to an inaccessible boot drive on a black screen with an error 0xc000000f. Through sheer luck, I switch my AHCI mode to IDE which causes windows blue inaccessible boot drive screen to appear. On the next restart, I change it back to AHCI and was able to access the drive and boot into windows. Do you guys have any idea on what is happening to my PC?

Check drive health with hdtune. Post screenshot.
Changing sata mode after install leads to BSOD. That's normal.
