Question Boot Error windows 10

Hello!
When I enter the flash drive with windows 10 21H2 through bios I get this error:

My PC(2013):

MotherBord: Biostar A58MD
CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760k
GPU: GT 630 (DDR3)
RAM: 4GB (DDR3)
Chipset: A55

I can't see/read any Error message, but it looks like your screen is pixelated, having artifacts, and we can see some distortion in the display as well. Could be a faulty GPU VRAM issue as well, assuming the card is dead, but can you first use the motherboard's IGPU/integrated graphics to boot up your system ?

Do you still get the same screen when using the iGPU ? Could also be a monitor cable issue. Can you access the BIOS screen though ? What's the Monitor's frequency ?? Is that a new GPU, the GT 630 ? Has it worked before on any system ? You have a very old PC setup though.

If you install a not very old version of Windows 10, then there will be no problems, but if you install a new one, this screen will appear.

60 Ghz
Video card has not changed since 2013
I can enter bios.
