boot error with dvd and cd

Hi i am using ubuntu as my os but some how it courrpt and don't start and when i try to install windows 10 and 7 it don't shows press any key to boot from dvd or cd i insert the disc but it keep on saying select proper boot device and reboot i have try to reset bios settings but nothing hapend and now i only have cd to boot and my flash drive is empty so what can i do now

I am using ubuntu but some how it courrpt and now i want to install windows on my system but when i try to boot from the cd it dosen't shows press any key to boot from cd but i try it from F10 to acess boot menu and i don't have a backup os pendrive when i select boot from cd dvd from boot menu it says select proper boot device and reboot please help
