I have small problems that keep occuring on boot up which generally clear on a restart.
The main error appears to be "no mouse driver loaded"
Occasionally it won't load all three screens.

I am suspecting a hardware issue, maybe loading from boot drive to memory.
I have completely removed all dust from within the case, re-connected all devices, re-installed Windows 10(without loss of data) and re-installed mouse drivers.
Ity has worked faultlessly since I built it, except for having to revert Radeon drivers to a previous version for Eyefinity to work.
The system is as follows (have missed off unimportant devices):-

Asus Z97-K Motherboard
Intel 4690-K CPU
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1866 MH2 Cl9
Corsair-Hydro-series-H60-2013-High-Performance-Liquid-CPU-Cooler
ASUS AMD Radeon R9 280X 3GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI
WD 1TB SATA 6GB/s 7200 RPM 64MB 3.5" HDD
Corsair CH-9000022-EU Vengeance M65 Gaming Mouse.
Sandisc SDSSDXPS480G (boot drive).

You forgot psu,=maker+model+wattage, this is not an unimportant device.

You tried a clear cmos?
have latest bios?
This system was built in 2014 the Bios was updated in 2015 which was the last update.
Cmos Clear.
PSU Corsair CX750 750W.
Have just realised that the three screen issue is diectly after using Eyefinity with the old drivers (the only ones that work).
