Hello , about a week ago I traveled and shipped my PC with me and today it arrived .
When I start the PC sometimes I get a booting failure which states that the current speed for the cpu is 0, other times I get a Windows that bids me to choose between starting normally or do a repair , the PC shuts down after a few seconds regardless of the choice .
I also noticed that the cpu fan (h115i) was glowing red but after checking every wire/cable it's now white .
I've tried to unplug everything and hold the power button for 30 secs , I've checked every cable/wire in the whole build , the fans are running normally so idk what is going and I was hoping I could find some help here.
Also I should mention that I noticed that the cpu is overheating .
PC specs:-
Cpu : fx 9370
Gpu : r9 390x
Mobo : (sorry I don't remember it)
Cpu fan : Corsair h115i
