After a sudden blue screen, my Alienware 13 R3 on Windows 10 is not able to boot.
It says "detecting media presence" then "no media present".
Then it goes to Support Assist page showing "Boot Failure on Device"

I tried restarting the PC by clicking F2 and came up with the BIOS menu as below.
Windows Boot Manager is missing from the list.
I can't seem to add it and is at a lost for what to do.

Under File Browser Add Boot Option - it says No Media Device

Under File Browser Del Boot Option - There is Windows Boot Manager

What storage devices do you have installed in your pc?
Most likely storage device has died.

Disable secure boot.
Remove Onboard NIC from boot options. That is for network boot. Pretty certain, you're not using that.

Go into other BIOS options and try to find your storage devices.
If none can be found, then storage device is dead and needs replacement.

my storage devices still showed up. here's a pic. so what does this mean?
what else can I do?

Also, not sure if this is worth mentioning but I tried the ePSA Pre-boot system assessment that comes with Alienware.
Hard Drive, Memory, and OS Boot Path passed the test results with no issues.
The full scan on PC also passed on everything except Battery - however I do know that the battery is already very weak as I have been using this for 4 years now.

Well for starters you would want to know if your drive is dead or if just the boot sector is damaged. You could remove the drive and connect it to another computer as a data drive or in an external enclosure and see if anything shows up. Or you could try booting your computer with a Windows install usb and see if it gives you a repair option. Or you could download a linux distro, mount if on a usb stick and boot your computer from that. Then you would be able to see if you can copy any essential files from your disk onto external storage. In the end if the disk isn't dead and can't be windows repaired you will probably need to reinstall windows.

You have two M.2 drives detected.
Liteon sata and Adata nvme drives.

Turn off secure boot. Reboot and check available boot options.

If still can't boot into windows, then
boot from windows installation media into command prompt (press Shift+F10 to open command prompt).
execute following and show screenshot with result:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
list partition
select disk 1
list partition
list volume
