I updated my DG41RQ Intel motherboard BIOS and it went smooth it was working fine until suddenly my pc stooped working. when I turned on the power ,power button led blinks once and the cpu fan spins for 1 second , and no power no boot no sound nothing. I started removing all components and testing out which one was faulty . I found that when i remove the graphics card the pc boots like normal and works fine, but with the graphics card installed the pc wont start.
What should i do to resolve this problem

Well if it is a bios problem resetting the CMOS should work. Unplug the PC then remove the small flat battery from your motherboard. Wait 5 minutes and put it back in and try booting.

After that, try putting the GPU in a different slot. Or maybe try a different GPU if you have one.

The PSU dying could be it though. It sounds like the PSU is failing to power the whole system when he graphics card is in. Try a different one if you can.

i did reset the CMOS but it didnt worked at all . As for the PSU failing to power and trying the graphics card in different system i will do it and let you know if it works

UPDATE
the graphics card is working fine i tried it in another system. And the psu is ok . what should i do next ?
