Boot From Cd

Just got a Intel 530 series ssd, I plug it in the two cables and turn on my computer, I hit f2 go straight to bios and can't find any way to boot with cd. I have a gigabyte ga-z87-hd3 Intel z87 Sata 6 sub 3.0 crossfire bogs 1150 mother board and the bios is called Gigabyte UEFI Dual Bios, if any one has a video tutorial that would be best, but anything helps

Hope this picture helps, should be able to change option 1 to your dvd drive.

That's were I find my issue yours says boot option 1-4 I only have a boot option 1 and even if I click on that the only boot option is my ssd

Check your SATA3 connections on the motherboard. SSD should be in #0 and DVD drive in #1.

wow I'm so stupid when I unplugged my main hard drive to make this new hardrive the main I unplugged the DVD player not even realizing that was plugged in to, when I get home I will fix my error and hopefully it will work, on another note I have a western digital 7200 rpm drive how do I turn this into my slave drive? I looked on the drive itself and most tell you what to do but this one doesn't.

If the Western Digital has SATA connection, dont need to do anything to the drive itself, make sure WD is not listed as a boot option.
