Question Boot from new SSD (soldered 64 GB MMC Swift 1 SF114-32-C19L)

I'm trying to replace boot order from 64 GB MMC Swift 1 SF114-32-C19L to my newy cloned Patriot P300 M.2 PCI Gen3 x4.

The Patriot P300 does not show up on disk manager and when I press F12 it does not give me a choice of disks to boot from.

In what system?

Often, with a low end system with a soldered eMMC drive, what you want to do cannot be done.

It actually has an M.2 port for this NVMe drive?

How did you 'clone' from the eMMC to the Patriot NVMe?

Cloned with Macrium Reflect, I'm not sure whether M2 is NVMe or SATA.

You did this clone while the new drive was inside the laptop?

Because the specs in the above link only talk about a SATA interface. No NVMe.
