Boot from USB Windows 10

I upgraded my advent pc from Win 7 to Win 10 and started having internet issues. I'm trying to do the clean install from USB to reinstall Win 10 but I cannot access the boot menu.
On startup it says press F7 but it just does not work like it did with Win 7 ive tried others as well F2, F8, Shift+F8 etc Tried pressing once, repeatedly, holding but I just cannot get to the boot menu.
I've tried Advanced Startup but there's no option to boot from the USB.

What motherboard do you have?

windows 10 can boot faster then wireless keyboard can post. at power up go into the bios and change boot order there.

seems like a laptop...toshiba maybe...model?
