Question Boot issue with Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO-CF

Whenever I boot my PC I'm taken to the Startup Screen. Startup Screen shows the AORUS logo and then DEL: BIOS SETUP\Q-FLASH, F12: BOOT MENU, END: Q-FLASH. This screen will not move for 60 seconds, even when pressing the menu keys repeatedly. I have to go into the Boot Menu every time and select the drive from which to boot. I've attempted to alter settings in BIOS, trying to select fast boot, but nothing makes any difference, this screen always appears and makes me manually select the boot drive. BIOS version F11. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
