[SOLVED] Boot issues for new build - no display

New build is powering on but not displaying anything out. I did the bios flash with a USB to get it updated to a new bios and I think that worked but there's obviously not a way to check. The hdmi is connected to the gpu and not the motherboard. All the fans are spinning and the board is lighting up. There is the ez debug CPU led light on indicating a possible issue with the cpu, but I'm not fully sure how to debug the issue.

Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600x

MB: MSI B550 gaming edge wifi

GPU: 3070 FE

Psu: EVGA supernova 750 g2 (previous build)

Ram: 2x8 crucial ballistix

I don't think you're flash worked.
Typically with MSI you need a working processor to update the bios. Asus has boards that can update without a processor.

Do you know anyone with a 3000 series cpu laying around?
