[SOLVED] Boot issues (Switches on and off, and then repeats itself)

Hi, I've just experienced a old issue with my PC. Before this, sometimes it wouldn't display anything but the PC would keep restarting. I thought it was a PSU issue and had it changed and the issue didn't occur anymore. But it just happened again and I'm not sure what the issue is.
CPU: i7-3770
MOBO: Z77P-D3
GPU: GTX 1060
PSU: Seasonic S12III

I have tried:

1. Changing the CMOS battery
2. Changing the PSU (After getting a friend to help me test)
3. Taking out the RAMs

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

first try a different RAM if it happened again try updating the bios

Before the issue occurred for the 2nd time, I had the bios updated when it was fixed but now the issue is back. I'll try different RAMs to see if it helps. Thank you!
