Hello, dears ones.

So I tried to boot my brand new pc build.

Specs.
Motherboard-Gigabyte x470 Aorus gaming. Bios F41. Boot Option1 DVD Windows 10 in it. Boot option 2 Samsung 1TB empty Boot Option 3 Sandisk 128gb windows 10 in it.
Processor-x2700 Ryzen
Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit - Black
Samsung MZ-76E1T0B/EU Internal SATA SSD 860 EVO 1 TB 2.5 inch up to 550 MB/s black
Sapphire Puls Radeon RX 570 8G 8GB
Corsair CP-9020133-EU TX-M series Part-modular cable management ATX PC power supply
ASUS DVD-Burner 24x Black

tried to take out reset pw cable, tried with only 1 ram slot, not work, Tried to plug in my laptop hdd 2.5 worked for few secs then mouse died and system unsupported.
Any ideas?
