Discussion Boot issues

When I start my PC it says Reboot and Select proper boot device, I power off my PC and turn it on again. I gets to the login screen and freezes, power off again and it will work properly this time. Also if my PC goes to sleep it freezes after logging back in. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
These are my specs:
Windows 10 Home
Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Phantom
Graphics Card: Nvidia 2060 Super
CPU: Intel i5 9600K

SSD, that was my thought as well. but its only 2 years old.
I also have an M.2 for my games installed

Wag.....reseat all psu cables.....both ends if modular.
