Boot LED Gigabyte Gaming 3 B350

I am having issues with getting my Gigabyte Gaming 3 to post for the first time. Here is my hardware:

Ryzen 3 1200

(2) 8gb DDR4 2400MHz sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX

Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3

MSI GTX 1050 2gb Gaming X

550W Corsair power supply

1 TB WD blue hard drive

It goes through the normal sequence of LEDs on the motherboard after powering the system on, (CPU)—>(DRAM)—>(VGA), and then gets stuck on (BOOT) with a solid red light. It only gets stuck on BOOT after I press delete on my keyboard once I power on the system. After it cycles past VGA, my monitor gives me a signal. It is only a black screen, and never enters the bios even after pressing delete while powering on. I’m confused as to why I am getting a video signal, but is not entering the bios. Can anyone help?

Are you connecting the monitor to the graphics card?

Yes, I am connecting the HDMI to the graphics card. I know I can’t connect the HDMI to the motherboard since there is no onboard graphics.

Try testing the dvi port, if possible.
