[SOLVED] Boot LED on, DRAM LED on not boot

Just upgraded my CPU to a Ryzen 5 5600x and like the title says boot led stays on and dram led stays on

Do I need to upgrade BIOS?

I will add I no longer have the old CPU so swapping back isn’t an option, The support page for my mobo says I can use the Flashback tool on my motherboard without going into bios, Will this work with the new cpu installed?
