Question Boot LED on. No display

Boot LED is on. I've tried using different sata cables, tried building outside the case, cleared the CMOS. Also not getting an output from RX 570 4GB, so I can't get into bios. Unplugged HDD to get into bios but still couldn't get into it. Really stuck 😭
