Question Boot Light on with no signal?

I wake up, play a few games, go back to work, no more pc.
Boot light on motherboard is staying on, i swapped the ssd i have the os on with another one that works on another pc, nothing.
I resetted the cmos 3 times by now...
Is it a motherboard issue?

What mobo, cpu, gpu and psu ?

Motheboard is a B450M Pro-M2
Gpu is a Red Devil Rx 580
Psu is a 600 W 80+ Gold "forgot the actual brand"
