Boot logo stuck until restart

Hello, I have a problem every time I turn on my computer normaly there is an asus tuf logo which loads for a few seconds but now it is stuck for ages. If you click restrart it will boot to windows for just a few seconds, no problem still fast but it is kind of frustrating. Do you have any idea what could be the couse?

I removed all usbs and it is fine now thanks for answering :/
