So basically, I've been running my A10 for the last while, it's been serving me well, But i've decided to add a graphics card to my system.

I bought a used Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 from Ebay, the seller had a good reputation from other graphics cards sales, and was relatively nearby.

Anyways, I install the graphics card on my system, boot it up, I hear the beep, so it's gone through POST, and think I'm in the clear, then about 6-8 seconds later, it REBOOTS, and is stuck on an endless cycle, I let it rebbot a good 5 times before I decided to shut it down (held the power button on my case).I tried pressing the MEMOk! button on my motherboard just to see if I can get into BIOS; nope. Doesn't boot at all, with or without peripherals. The fans on the graphics card still spin.

When I take the graphics card out, the system boots fine.
I'd also point out that I did not do any kind of driver installing prior to inserting the graphics card. I don't really know what it needs. Bit of a newbie.

Specs:
PSU: EVGA 500B
APU: A10-6800k
MOBO: Asus F2A85-v pro
GPU Attempting to install: ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 7950
RAM: 16 gb corsair vengeance 1866
And I have a 500gb HDD and a CD drive
running windows 10.

I'd like to think that the graphics card I bought isn't faulty in any way, the seller said it worked and all, and his previous clients said theirs worked too (different cards though)

Thanks in advance.

Solution
First, test the video card in another system with a good power supply. If that works fine there you can check your system. Maybe power supply issue, try a BIOS update.
