Question Boot-loop after replacing PSU fan ?

Hi.
After changing broken fan in power supply my computer fall into boot-loop, after 1st screen it jumps to blue bios screen without any options, only top title "Uefi dual bios" and auto reset after 5sec or so.
I tried to clear CMOS with jumper, and I did the trick with holding power button for 10sec and the one with power supply - all 3 failed.
I unplug everything from motherboard - only VGA + keyboard left, still don't post.
Any other options left?

I just did try another power supply - pc didn't post at all, not even a boot loop, zero post, only fans spin.
I put old one back, and I'm back at boot-loop.
Sounds stupid and impossible but that's how it is...
