Boot loop and BSOD

Hi
I have just upgraded my system to Windows 10 and I'm experiencing some annoying problems.
First off I get this BSOD called kmode_exception_not_handled when i try to reboot. It's really annoying because I can't start a repair. I wasn't getting any BSOD when i had Win 7. I've tried reinstalling the graphics driver but no results.
Another problem is that it can't shut down without restarting again. I don't know how to fix it. Again, this is a new problem.
Somebody please help me?

Can you describe your computer hardware? It will be very helpful in allowing us to assist you. For now, uninstall completely your audio, network adapter, and graphics driver. For the graphics driver, use the following software:

After this, redownload all the latest Windows 10-compatible drivers for each.
