Boot loop help!

I have the ram in the second and forth slot all the lights turn on but it keeps turning on for a little bit and turning back off. Do I need to update the motherboard to fit the processor? Do I need to move the ram?

Does the system boot up without the discrete GPU and with one stick of ram installed?
