I just got an i7 5820k, and a gigabyte x99 ud3 mobo. I built the entire thing and it will just spin the fans and restart every 5 seconds with no screen popping up. I tried the q flash and I didn't work.

Solution
Hello... 1) Try one stick of Ram
2) Try cleaning and re-seating your ram sticks... Rubbing alcohol.
3) Try removing battery and clearing CMOS.
4) Check MB BIO's version and CPU compatibility... website page is not working for me to help you.

Does your board's BIOS support that processor? I had an issue with an old i7 Sandy Bridge processor and the motherboard I bought for it. I had to install a "lesser" CPU, and then update the BIOS to a newer version. Perhaps your board supports them new fancy don't need anything to update the BIOS options? I'd also give that a shot.

So now that I put 1 stick in (8gb), it boots great. But when I put the other 3 in it won't even get to the bios page.also the fans are barely spinning and I have a 750w power supply
