[SOLVED] Boot Loop

Whenever I start the pc, it stuck on a loading screen or give me a blue screen 5-10 times and then start.
My windows is on SSD and I tried to reinstall it 3 times, but same thing happen
Cpu-i3 4160
Gpu-rx 460
Mobo- Asus h110m-k

Are you able to get into bios? Have you tried to reseat the ram?

I can enter in bios and I can enter in bios, but always after a 10th restart, and I doesn't try to reseat the ram

PSU is nJoy Woden 650 80+ almost brand new, I have 4gb ram HyperX and 8 GB Zeppelin or something
I checked temps and are good

Until almost 3 weeks it has worked perfectly, I don't think this is the issue

No, I said that it can start, but after 10 restarts every boot

I want to figure out the issue, but what to test? I run a stress test and everything seems normal

test by taking out the 4gb ram

I think that I fixed the problem, I switched SSD with HDD cables
