My computer has worked perfectly fine until now. A few days ago it would go into boot loops where it would turn on for just a second. I figured out that the PSU was the problem. After getting a new one, I installed it, and powered up. The computer, lights, fans, and all powered on for 10 seconds without any display, and proceeded to shut off. Five seconds later, it would repeat this process. I tested the power supply, and it's all good. What exactly does this look like to you guys?

This happens to me from time to time, in my case its the power button on my case getting stuck in the depressed state or halfway in the depressed state so it keeps powering down and back up. Check the power button and reset button make sure they are not sticking. Could be worse but never overlook the easiest problems to fix.

I can hear the power button click when I push it down and when I release it and if I hold down the power button for 5 seconds or so, the computer will turn off and stop the loop.
