Boot Menu Screen

There is no display of Boot Menu Screen / Boot Option Menu / Boot Device options after pressing Escape key/ button in my HP Desktop PC. Before it used to appear. Now only Blue screen without any words describing Boot options.
How I can bring back Boot Menu ?
Is this problem related to Hard Disk or to Motherboard ?

F12 may do the trick.

The bios setting 'quick boot' or 'silent boot' has been enabled. It's showing you the cute 'you're an idiot so you don't need to see this' screen instead of useful info. I'm not a fan of this practice.

F12 did not help anyway.

Disabling quick boot also did not change anything.

I don't think this is a problem with the drive. Unplug it and see if you get the same results, then post back.

Same results even after unplugging Drive !!!!
Is it Motherboard error ?

what's the model number of the motherboard and who makes it? Have you tried calling them?

Could be a problem with the board.
