Hi, so i'm just building a new PC and i had a question : im just returning my cpu cause this was a 9th gen & not 8th gen (couldn't boot on bios bc my bios wasn't updated and i couldn't manage to do it ...) but when i tried with the 9th gen cpu my mobo should have some led on even if its boot looping rigght ? But nothing, is that normal ? or should i worry about my mb and a possible death of her.
To be clear, my other part (AIO, led of the cas, fan ...) are working well they well i hear them ^^'. Thats why im asking that !
NawaeK !

Solution
Not necessarily, no. Depends on the implementation.
The stock "power only" may not have LEDs illuminated at all.

Given the fans AIO, fans etc were receiving power, it's 'flowing' through the board, so I don't see any reason to worry.
