I just installed a 1TB M.2 in my tower and the boot operations are now not going as they should..

Every time I start up I just see the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key"

I've gone into BIOS, disabled every single boot operation other than #1 being my previous SATA SSD which has Windows 10 on it.

Any ideas?

Storage in the tower:
1TB M.2
275GB SATA SSD
1TB HDD

Any help appreciated..

If using a SATA drive in M2_1, motherboard ports 1 is disabled.
What specific motherboard is this?
Often, one or more SATA ports are disabled when using something in an M.2 port.

Solution might be as simple as moving your OS drive to a different SATA port on the motherboard.
Knowing the specific board can lead to the available configs.
