Question Boot order missing drives ?

crucial 2tb ssd
hdd
nvidia gtx 1070

I recently re installed windows. kept files but lost all drives. (i think) downloaded driver booster, of course it installed some iot junk without my permission. uninstalled it pc took a hit. never even had the right drivers pcie's no identification. sdd changed from (c drive to (F drive shows in bios but not in boot order hdd is chillen but not in boot order. should i just reinstall windows or honestly linux.?

Honestly, I'd just reinstall Windows rather than chasing down all the crap Driver Booster (or related software) did.

Linux vs. Windows is up to you and depends on what your needs are.

Driver Booster is a big nono for me. Personally, I've had a lot of issues with it, which I had to reinstall Windows a couple times.

Then it may not be a bad idea to *try* Linux and see if you like it.

I don't *believe* DayZ has an official Linux version, so you may have to get creative to run it.

well no changes were made but pc is all clean and wired nicely its a shame, my eyes are on fire 😳
