I have been having issues with my PC Taking forever to restart, I eventually figured out that it was my WiFi Dongle that had been causing it.
Someone proposed that the fix was disabling something called BOOT Over Network in the BIOS but I don't know where the setting is.
The only network related thing that I found was network Stack which led to 2 other options Ipv4 PXE and ipv6 PXE

Any Ideas?

I get a bit worried when changing BIOS Settings so Is this what you mean
In Advanced>Boot>CSM, there are a few options but Launch CSM Is enabled by default and Boot from network devices is set to "Legacy Oprom First."
Should I just change it from Legacy Oprom First to Ignore.
is there any chance that this could mess with my PC
Just want to make sure

Thanks

There is no removable drive in the boot menu for me, Just the SSD and HDD

I did it and it didn't work Unfortunately, I'm at a complete loss. When I hit the boot menu button, All that comes up is the SSD and HDD. Any ideas?

EDIT: I have the dongle plugged into a Front USB 2.0 Port BTW, Although I have tried all of them with no Success

Anything?

EDIT: I went ahead and reinstalled the driver but It still didn't work.
It seems to be an issue where the PC Senses the Internet and Doesn't restart properly or something

I just tested it where I disconnected from the internet but I left the WiFi Dongle in and then I restarted and it still took forever meaning that it's not the internet connection that's causing the Issue, it's the dongle itself
The only thing that fixes it is unplugging the dongle
